CANCELLATION POLICY DURING THE COVID 19 CRISIS
Please note that all confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
Confirmed means, when the booking is taken and the confirmation and tickets along with this policy are emailed to you and you respond as requested to the terms, conditions and cancellation policy.
All Fares are inclusive of Carbon Tax, fuel surcharge & Airport fees
Gratuity to the driver is not included
Any changes to a confirmed booking will incur a $30.00+hst fee (This does not include cancellations or fail to show).
Late airline arrivals may attract additional fees. No shows will not be refunded.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure Ontario Coachway is advised of any changes in flights arrival times or cancellations so we may assist in reassigning your travel home.
Masks must be worn when in the vehicle at all times and eating and drinking is prohibited as required by the Hastings Prince Edward County Health Unit
For Shared Rides – Pearson currently has been experiencing delays due to Luggage. Wait times for transportation from the airport may be up to 3 hours or more due to delayed arrivals, weather, shuttle utilization or force majeure.
*For international travel only: due to restrictions and Covid 19 testing at the airport, there may be excessive wait times. As per our Terms and Conditions, the first hour is included with the fare anytime after that is $25.00+hst/hour for a minivan and $40.00+hst for a large van.
Ontario Coachway has a Covid 19 safety plan in place that has been approved by the Hastings And Prince Edward Counties Health Unit
There is no eating or drinking on the shuttle. If at any time a mask is removed the driver is instructed to stop the vehicle and ask that the mask must be put back on. If at any time any passenger refuses to comply with the safety protocols, this will be seen as a breach of Quarantine Rules, they will be removed from the vehicle and the OPP or local health unit will be called.
The driver will explain this to the passengers, so they understand.
